Credit card payments
The eCard system has been authorized by the Visa and Mastercard credit card organizations themselves. The system has been constructed to conform with those companies' high corporate standards. Online transactions are processed in compliance with 3-D Secure security technology. This means that a holder of a card registered in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode systems can enjoy the additional security of a password-protected authenticated transaction. eCard was the first to introduce 3-D Secure functionality in Poland. Communication between the customer and the eCard server is always protected by a 128-bit cryptographic SSL protocol. Every online retailer participating in the eCard system is assigned a unique certificate, which assures error-free processing of payments and which can be used to confirm the shop's identity, eliminating the possibility of the customer's falling victim to shop identity theft.

The security of data exchange between our customer and the eCard server is always guaranteed by the 128-bit cryptographic SSL Thawte protocol.
HACKER SAFE Certification
Following a meticulous testing process, the Jeans-Online™ shop has been granted a HACKER SAFE certification by McAfee, the top supplier of quality e-commerce security solutions. The audit conducted by McAfee involved the identification of vulnerable areas of the site, determining the manner of their elimination and further re-testing to ensure the specified site amendments have been implemented. In order for a site to retain the HACKER SAFE certification, the validity of its hacking protection must be re-confirmed every day by passing the security audit procedure.
